Noily is developed and operated by TCnology. Noily respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Noily, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Noily does not require you to create an account or provide information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the application.

Depending on the platform and features you use, certain technical and usage information may be processed by third-party services integrated into Noily.

Noily does not intentionally send alarm names, exact alarm times, challenge answers, or similar personal app content to Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Google AdMob as part of its normal operation.

Noily may request certain device permissions that are necessary to provide its functionality. Depending on the platform and device, these may include permissions related to notifications, alarms, sound, vibration, and background operation.

These permissions are used to allow Noily to schedule and deliver alarms, display notifications, play alarm sounds, and provide other features of the application. Noily does not use these permissions to collect unnecessary personal information.

4. Advertising

The free version of Noily may display advertisements on supported platforms.

On Android, Noily uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain information, including device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements, according to Google's policies and applicable privacy settings.

Where required by applicable law, users may be presented with privacy and consent choices regarding advertising and the processing of information for advertising purposes.

Noily Pro removes advertisements from the application.

At the current time, advertisements are not enabled in the iOS version of Noily.

Noily uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the application and to improve its features and reliability.

Noily uses analytics events related to actions such as creating alarms, completing challenges, creating Calendar Alarms, opening the Noily Pro screen, and completing a Pro purchase.
